Stamp the image with a slow-drying pigmented ink (VersaColor, VersaMark, etc.). Sprinkle embossing powder on the picture and shake / brush off any excess powder. Gently heat the powder with a heat gun or other heat source until it melts. The surface becomes shiny as the design increases. Melted powder is water resistant - great for use with watercolor markers or paints. With VersaMark (or VersaMark Dazzle) and clear embossing powder, you can create an elegant, translucent embossed image on colored paper.
